IBT MY PRO TRAINER
Our 12-week program consists of 48 total workouts, 4 per week. Workouts include bodyweight exercises, ball-handling workouts, core workouts, and also physical and ball-handling test to measure your improvement.
You will have access to our video library and learn how to properly perform each drill.
